Why are we doing this?
A number of frequently sought after items were misplaced during our move from our 11,000 sf warehouse last fall. It's been frustrating for you and for us.  You've wanted the stuff, and we've been really sad we couldn't sell it to you!  But, when the silver market popped up early this year, we didn't want to reorder items we knew we had. So...as a BIG thank you for "Bear-ing" with us, we have worked out a special arrangement with a few of our factories to get you the best possible prices in an unprecedented "Bulk Buy" on some basic Polished Sterling Silver Findings and Round Wire.  If you like this method, we may try it on other stuff in the future.  The price is the same whether you are retail or wholesale. Retail customers in North Carolina will have sales tax added to their total price. Selected findings will be available in quantities of 25, but all findings are available in quantities of 100. Sterling Silver Round Wire is available by the Troy Ounce. Your wire will come on a spool in 1, 5 or 10 troy ounce quantities per spool. The approximate number of feet per troy ounce is shown below.

Product Pricing Process:
The Silver Market has hovered in the $7.37 to $7.79 range as we developed this offering for you. We've selected $7.50 as an average Silver Market price.  Your actual price will be determined on the date the product ships from our factories.  if the Silver Market is less than $7.50, you will receive a recalculated price based on the lower Silver Market price invoiced by our factories.  If the Silver Market price is greater than $7.50, we will cover up to a 3% price increase. You will be charged for the remaining amount. We will cover the cost of shipment from our factories. If you don't think these are great prices, let us know.  But, most folks that have seen them have thought they look TERRIFIC!  The quality of the items is EXCELLENT. The products are manufacture in the USA and are the same high quality items we have sold in our stores and at our shows for years. If you compare prices on the web, make sure you are comparing our price to a real Silver Market price for Sterling Silver products.  Often, vendors will quote you a price at a $4.00 or $5.00 Silver Market price.  Your actual price would be considerably higher given current market prices.

Ordering Window and Product Shipment:

Order Window Opens:             Thursday, March 10, 2005                 10:00am
Order Window Closes:             Monday, March 21, 2005                   8:00pm
Factory Orders Placed:             Tuesday, March 22, 2005                 Expected arrival within 7-10 business days

Item Count & Pick Up or Delivery:
Item count will be determined by weight. Please give us a day or two to count and weigh the product for you.  if you are unable to come in to pick up your product, we will be happy to mail it to you via US Mail. The Shipping Expense for this Bulk Special Order is: First Class Mail, Cost of Insurance and $1.50 Handling Fee.

Payment Methods and Timing:

Payment by Cash:                           Payment is required prior to 8:00pm on Monday, March 21, 2005
Payment by Check:                         Payment is required prior to 8:00pm on Wednesday, March 16
                                                           Checks will be deposited on Thursday, March 17, 2005
Payment by Credit Card:                 Your card will be charged $10.00 when you place your order.
                     The balance will be charged on Monday, March 21, 2005
                     Though it costs us a bit more, you are most protected when you use your credit card.

Order Process:
To order, find two order sheets below. Please fill out the information on both Order Sheet 1 and Order Sheet 2. Please remember to print your name and sign both pages. You may e-mail us the order and then call or fax us your credit card information.  Or you may just want to fax us your order. Our fax machine is in a secure location 24 hours per day.  We don't want you to send us your credit card information via e-mail to ensure that your credit card information is secure.  Please e-mail or call us if you have any questions or if you have any concerns!

Printing Recommendations:
You can print each section by highlighting it, going to file, print, and highlighting "selection" to print that area on your printer.  You may want to change your page layout to "landscape" first. If your printer supports it, you might want to ask it to "fit it all on one page" when you print each section. Due to a bit of technology glitch, we haven't added these items ot our on-line catalog at this time, so please call in or fax us your order. We'll update this as soon as we resolve it.
