We stand behind our products 100% for workmanship and freedom of defects.
If you purchase defective merchandise, we will gladly exchange it for you. If your kit arrives and is missing a part, we will send it out immediately. If we cannot exchange defective merchandise, we will refund your money.
During our HUGE SALES EVENT, special sales terms listed on the front page of our website toake precedence over our typical sales terms.
We're sure you're not the type of person that would shoplift at a store. Nor would you even think of purchasing a bulk package, using some of the pieces, and then try to return it, but.....some have.
We're also sure you wouldn't purchase products somewhere else and then try to return them to us, but.....some have. So, to ensure our customers always receive the best value for their money, and to
ensure we can continue to keep our prices low for you, we have the following policies for web or store purchases.
We will not provide a refund, except when we cannot make good on an exchange of defective merchandise. Any returns from web purchases must have a return authorization from the office. We have so much
product arriving daily that your return could get mishandled if not appropriately marked.
No returns or exchanges on the following items:
Paint, Books, Clays
Floral Items including Styrofoam(tm) products
DMC Floss, Cording, Ribbon -- Bolts or Cut Yardage, Stringing Materials
Basket Reed, Tools, Kits, Silver, Semi-Precious, Sterling Silver or 14K GF Items, Bali Sterling
Bulk Packages, Opened Packages, Seed Bead Packages
Loose Beads, Brass, Findings, Wood or Miniatures
Returned or NSF Checks
will be charged a $35.00 Service Charge or the Maximum Allowed by Law. We post names of individuals that do not honor their checks or service charge fees and they lose future check writing privileges with us.
